Was renting from this company and had left for vacation, they showed up at my house every single day while we were gone. I saw them from my video camera banging on my doors and ringing my doorbell at lease 10 times. And each and every single day they showed up and even started looking through my windows!!! Left trash all over my porches when they left they’re stickers! The sale itself wasn’t that bad but they put in half my information incorrectly and had to call and get that fixed. I returned home from vacation and returned the item, I am not going to rent from a company that is so inconsiderate of their own customers.

Regardless if you are a day late or a wk late(bc of when pay falls) they harass you and call you constantly and pound on your door like they are the cops.. Once my payments are done on what im paying i will not go thru Aarons again

Not my favorite store we asked about PlayStation five they wanted $ 1,500 to rent and lady keep saying first come first serve I wanted ask manager they keep asking for my name it’s a rip off that you have rent I think it’s waste of time and money give someone else doesn’t deserve money my option . If other people’s like doing it it’s ok to them but I’m not rent out for ps5 that much waste time and gas

All I have to say is this. We thought they were different than rent a center but now I'm starting to think different. They used to put my payments in one but all of a sudden they decided to split it up. Than they call me and wake me up after I work midnight just for an update credit card cause I got my to late to give it to them. Never again, just like rent a center!!

Nobody waited on us after we looked for a good ten min. Sales person standing outside smoking and complaining to someone in a car when we went to front to at up a rental. Other sales person finally came out after I called the store and told me at 7:45pm that it was too late for me to purchase a washer dryer set but they'd take my info. I got mad because this was my only free time this week and was leaving. Sales person came in from outside and was making remarks at me.
