The workers weren't the worst I've experienced. They were much nicer when I was adding new lines. They offered no help despite me sitting in the store struggling to figure how to get my pictures off my old broken phone. I don't even necessarily blame the employees. It's not their fault that they get more from commission and an existing customer getting an upgrade isn't worth their time. The whole experience felt awkward and that their only goal was to get me out of the store. Probably would recommend just getting what you need from the website or customer service unless it's an emergency.

He was vert polite,took the phones in too have him set the voice mail.
He did not question it..he did it in a timely manor.

Cameron was an excellent example of what customer service is all about. He engaged my husband through his personality and treated us like guests, not customers. Throughout our visit, he displayed insight, knowledge and enthusiasm. We were delighted by his attentive service!
