“Best off road shop , service, professionalism, bar none. Dan and his staff are fantastic. I called and talked with Dan on what I was looking for, he explained and gave me options and I ended up getting exactly what I was hoping for at a very competitive price. The Coil Overs on the lift that were installed ended up having a manufacture defect. After I arrived home I called and told Dan about the noises and sent a couple photos for him to see what I found after looking at the install. With in 3 days Dan had 2 new coil overs in and re installed them at no extra cost. I was very happy with the way Dan took charge of the situation, he also apologized multiple times and I ended up very satisfied and thankful. THIS IS A FIRST CLASS SHOP THAT PUTS THEIR CUSTOMERS FIRST. Does great professional work.”

“Called on a Saturday and they didn't have the part in stock so they ordered it first thing Monday morning. It was in the store by Tuesday. When I went to pick up the new part I had taken the old one with me for the core charge. There was to be a refund of $27 but they had to run the charge first for the new part and then process the refund. They accidentally charged me the $27 instead of refunding it (this was on Tuesday it is now Thursday). The gentleman that I was working with called my husband to let him know they accidentally charged the $27 instead of refunding it and to come back in and they will take care of it. Will order our parts through here now just because of their honesty and integrity, they could have very easily just kept that money and never said a word.”

At one point he said, and I quote, “I’m not here to give you answers, I’m here to help you find a solution.” He literally gave me 100% of his time and attention. He did not know where one was but took the time to look it up on his phone and helped her to understand how to get there. Staff was very helpful and professional at Joe Pierrel auto from the time my vehicle was dropped off.
All work that was performed and estimated time for pickup was done by text and that is nice because you have a text receipt. I was kept up-to-date for the day that I was scheduled to pick up my car.
The staff was very knowledgeable on everything that was done. And any questions I had about the paperwork and parts all questions were answered properly. The rental vehicle that I had I was able to leave the keys with them and the vehicle was returned. I have had other vehicles worked on at Pierrel's. I have never had any problems.”
