Staff was very helpful and professional at Joe Pierrel auto from the time my vehicle was dropped off.
All work that was performed and estimated time for pickup was done by text and that is nice because you have a text receipt. I was kept up-to-date for the day that I was scheduled to pick up my car.
The staff was very knowledgeable on everything that was done. And any questions I had about the paperwork and parts all questions were answered properly. The rental vehicle that I had I was able to leave the keys with them and the vehicle was returned. I have had other vehicles worked on at Pierrel's. I have never had any problems.”

“These guys are honest hard working people. My Chevy broke down an hour away from home visiting a friend. It wouldn’t start. I called Jam and asked if there was anyway I could have it towed to them because I wanted to have it fixed. Here a timing belt broke and it broke the pistons and a bunch of other things went wrong with the engine. Jam gave me different options to choose from depending on how much money I could spend. They pretty much took apart the whole engine and put it back together again replacing the parts it needed. I’m back on the road and driving my car again. I’ve taken my cars to these guys for many years and my whole family goes to them. They’re hard working people and you can tell they really care about their customers!”

I have not had basic auto repairs done. I do those myself. I recommend going for at least a diagnoses.”

“I think it was Kurt I spoke with. These guys did a great job! Some lady ran me off the road and inevitability made me hop a very large curb to avoid letting her just crash into my car. It messed up my wheel bearing, cv axle, and chewed up my tire. I called these guys while I was on the way to limping my car home. They let me drop it off from the accident to their place and had it done in about three days! Price wasn’t bad at all, considering what they had to do! “Best off road shop , service, professionalism, bar none. Dan and his staff are fantastic. I called and talked with Dan on what I was looking for, he explained and gave me options and I ended up getting exactly what I was hoping for at a very competitive price. The Coil Overs on the lift that were installed ended up having a manufacture defect. After I arrived home I called and told Dan about the noises and sent a couple photos for him to see what I found after looking at the install. With in 3 days Dan had 2 new coil overs in and re installed them at no extra cost. I was very happy with the way Dan took charge of the situation, he also apologized multiple times and I ended up very satisfied and thankful. THIS IS A FIRST CLASS SHOP THAT PUTS THEIR CUSTOMERS FIRST. Does great professional work.”

“I had a hitch installed and it was a great experience. They were easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and quick. I've had others install a hitch on different vehicles in the past and they did such a better job. They took the time to route the wiring exactly where it should go instead of just tossing it in and hanging it out through the rear gate. The cost was more than fair. The staff was a pleasure to work with. They will definitely get repeat business from me.”
“I called Daryl this morning about my driver window being stuck in the down position and needing an inspection, he can’t get me in until next week for the inspection but asked me to bring it in to look at the window because obviously I can’t drive it with a garbage bag in the window. I went straight there, he looked at it and got it to go up after a few minutes for no charge! I’ll be calling next week to schedule the inspection with his shop without hesitation!”

“I got my F250 undercoated by Rick and his team over two years ago. I was a little skeptical at the price, but I was assured it was the best undercoating on the planet. I traveled all the way up to Butler from Washington twice in three days to drop off and pick up the truck. I swear my truck looks better today, years after the fact, than it did before it ever went into his shop. The rust I was developing on the frame just stopped. The undercoating has survived two winters and multiple washings and still looks great for the most part. In fact, the only parts where the undercoating has failed are areas where chunks of pre-existing rust have fallen off. My only complaint, if I had to make one, is that you're gonna look like you just finished a 13 hour tour on a drill rig anytime you touch it. The coating is a slick, oily substance and you're just gonna be covered in it by the time you finish doing anything. But that's not a bad thing--the stuff never dries and even heals itself if you nick some of it off. I refer everyone I know to Rick Fennell. Don't waste your time or money on that fluid film junk!!”

“I ended up needing a oil change, and I've been to one's like jiffy lube and all that. They NEVER show you the oil on your dip stick after the change... They changed it fast, was great service, and was able to notify me of issues they saw. There service was outstanding in my book, was only my first time, but first impressions say a lot in my book. Ty for notifying me of the issues to. They don't lie either about if something bad. There be up front for you. Very rare for these places.”
