About Berkheimer Tax Innovations
Berkheimer Tax Innovations has received mixed reviews from its clients. Some customers express frustration over the incorrect terminology used in business tax returns, particularly regarding the distinction between tax years and processing years. The online portal is described as confusing, leading to missed filings and unexpected late fees. While some representatives are helpful, others are not as accommodating. Additionally, there are concerns about accessibility, as clients often struggle to reach the company by phone. Overall, the service appears to have room for improvement in communication and user experience.

We went from paying tea tax to getting taxed almost 50% of our wages. 1776, never forget.

Years of incorrect billing, awful customer service and exuberant fees earned this buisness one star. I'd give less if possible.
