The Butler Area Public Library is a very nice and lovely place, an excellent library for the whole family. It is a public library with a generous free pantry, clean all-gender bathrooms, and a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. The library features many different areas including a fun children’s section for the littles, a really cool and modern teen area, a genealogy department, and a second floor. There is a listening area with a gorgeous rounded design, an area for sheet music, a gift shop, and a nice outdoor area to sit and read. It offers Spanish as well as English books and section markings. The library provides many activities for children, fun programming, and lots of things for kids to explore. It holds many activities and events, plus cultural and educational programs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great place to spend a couple hours with the kids. Visitors would definitely return and highly recommend it.

The Butler Library is a great place to read, do research, and even meet with others for an interview. They have a wide variety of materials and offer so many services to the public. Highly recommend.
