i only recently started going to this salon. when i booked my initial appointment online (LOVE that option!) in the middle of the night, suffering from insomnia, i made a mistake in my sleepiness. the owner got in touch with me at 6am to get things all situated. that is service above and beyond in my opinion!! they really take the time to understand your needs; what you currently like and don't like about your hair, etc. i absolutely loved my cut & color! not to mention how comfortable and welcoming they make you feel ~ offering snacks and drinks. i highly recommend custom cut & style if you're looking for a new salon.

Absolutely amazing place to go!! This is my third time going there. Its very welcoming and guest service is wonderful. The stylists are all rlly great. I can't thank my Stylists Hannah Bowser enough for dying my hair. She did exactly what I asked for and I Absolutely love the way it turned out.

I drive an hour to go there. That's how much I like how they do my hair! There are plenty of places close to home that I could go, but they actually listen to what you want and do it!
