Made an appointment at 12, arrived early, then waited 25 minutes before anybody showed up. Then, the vaccination “area” was not private. Although no big deal, I think any procedure regarding health should be confidential.

You can't give these a$$#●|€s few enough stars. I transferred my prescription there because there price was lower with my Goodrx card. The first time they had the script but didn't fill the full amount. They said that they would make it up on the next fill. They did not, all the time charging me a higher price than it was supposed to. After 3 months they said that they didn't have it and they would call me when they did. After a month I still didn't get a call so I called them. Still didn't have it but they would call me when it came in. Another month goes by and I called again. They said that they got it in, but sold it all and were out again. I asked why they didn't call and they said that they don't do that. I said I was told that twice and they said "no one here did that. We don't do that". This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. They don't have the meds but they won't give you the script to go get them somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle, and possibly tour life, go to any other pharmacy on the planet.

My medicine was running low. The Butler CVS had none of my pills in stock when it was time for a refill. On Monday, 12/6, I began to get nervous & proceeded to call pharmacies in NE Ohio (I was there already). When I found one, they could not fill it due to Butler CVS's progress. The created some kind of "dibs." I called Butler and they stated they would likely receive it around noon Tuesday. Tuesday, I went to Butler CVS in person and they didn't have the pills in stock. Wednesday I called Butler CVS and they didn't have it in stock still. I was out of pills and needed one for 7pm that night. I told Butler to stop trying so I could pick up meds elsewhere. Called Mars CVS & explained. They only had a few in stock and Butler had completely cancelled the prescription instead of just removing their "dibs". I had to call my specialist's office at the last minute of a business day to send a new script. Mars CVS then gave me a few pills to hold me over. The next day, Mars had them in stock. I HAD TO DRIVE ~70MI EXTRA TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION. Thank you to Mars CVS. Butler CVS- don't trust them to fill your prescriptions; you'll be lucky if they even answer their phones.

Impersonal, inefficient operation. Too much confusion over red tape policies.
