I love ? the store at the most part. I'm in a wheelchair, this lady that works there is the best.( Next time I'm there I am getting her name). This is my first time doing a review.

Conveniently located in downtown Butler, close to many other businesses. Great selection from pet supplies to housewares. Decently priced and usually a quick checkout. The staff is for the most part indifferent,as I suppose can be expected. All in all a very decent store.

This store is gross...dirty..roof leaks and I'm pretty sure most of the employees have mental issues

I went into the store to look for a vase. I picked up two items that looked similar to a vase. I asked an employee if this is all they had? He showed me some other similar items. I placed the other two items on a different shelf, the one I considered purchasing I placed it inside a basket on the self so if I could not find another vase at another store; I could come back and purchase it. That Employee came outside the store when I was leaving, and asked me " Ma'am you need to show me where you put those items? I was upset because I felt he was accusing me of stealing. So, I followed him back inside the store and showed him where the items were. He Said because of my attitude I would not allowed back in the store. Although I was angry; I did apologize to him, and he said nothing back to me which I felt was rude considering I shop there all the time. Kris L.

Horrible ....empty shelves and so many FULL uboats on the sales floor you cant possibly shop.

Employees do the bare minimum here. Open till 10pm but the employees lock the doors 15 to 20 minutes early so they don’t have to do their jobs.

The opener can never open the door on time!!!! There's a girl who is there for orientation today who I'm sure would love to be a key holder! Put him on a later shift or get rid of him! Every couple of mornings there's 10-15 people waiting an hour to get in! Hire me! And I'll do the job correctly!

They do the best they can do under the circumstances (staffing, location, resources). Maybe not the best but I've always been treated well. ?
