Yesterday evening we stopped in and the guy checking us out got extremely upset when it took him 2 or 3 tries to get our Diet Coke to scan. He started screaming & cursing & clenching his fists & I assumed he was joking. When I realized he was serious, we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. This can’t be the 1st time he’s lost it. Way would you hire someone like that? We won’t be back.

I’ve had it with sale prices not ringing up at the Freeport Rd Dollar General. This has been happening constantly for MONTHS and today was the last straw I had causing me to write this 1-star review which I never leave. When you question why the sales didn’t register, the cashiers (mainly Griffin) quickly become flustered and pissed off as to why you would even question it. The workers at this store need retrained in more ways than one.

I was at your store the other day and a worker behind the counter by the name of Lisa expressed a sexual remark to another customer. It's really too rude and vulgar to put on here. I was really disappointed I went in there a few days later and she is still working. Such a mean woman. This was at the store on route 8.

This Dollar General located on RT 356 heading north into Butler, is a Godsend to folks in the surrounding area!! Easy to access , lots of parking, nice clean well stocked store. Keep in mind at this critical time , in our history, there are some things are in high demand and may not be there. However supply trucks arrive often and help to meet these new demands, be patient... God Bless Dollar General and the dear folks that work there . They work hard to make their store work well for the customer!! God Bless , keith.
