When I turn my car in to Butler,Pa Alex kept my contract open for 3days before it close waiting from Tuesday til Monday before I got my deposit back on my card he just sorry and then call Wednesday and tell another gentleman what was going on he hang up on me ..Never again right across Dodge dealership..

I called 5 times in over 45 min during regular hours and sat on the phone for 15 min and still no one answered. I registered for a vehicle online and never received any confirmation by Email. I called the general enterprise number and sat on the phone for over 5 min and gave up.

Overall, an excellent experience from beginning to end. Robin was top notch and got me into a quality vehicle that was far above my expectations. The only complaint I have is long wait times calling. My 1st call was 35 minutes before I was able to talk to someone. 2nd call, I was on hold 15 minutes or less. I would rent from Enterprise again without hesitation.

Tough getting a car. Cranberry and Warrendale were pretty useless. Butler came through, but with a generic car. Choice was generic car or full size pu. Aren't we supposed to be able to rent a car of preference at the time and place of choice? I don't recall these shortages in past rental experiences. Your car is hung up at a slow dealership. That's an inconvenience. And when you try to rent a car the same day, you're screwed again.
Well, I took the little car back today to trade for something bigger. The car I took back used 4.3 gallons of gas. We drove it about 32 miles. That equates to about 7.4 miles per gallon for a Mitsubishi mirage. I mentioned this to the lady at Enterprise. She was more than gracious by allowing me to return the second car with a half tank of gas. This was so kind and really much more than I expected. Thanks to the young lady and to Chris, the owner, for understanding my dilemma and offering his help. This is just good business sense. I won't hesitate to go here the next time I need a rental.

Let me just get this out of the way. The people are not very reputable, they are not very honest, and do not put the client first. First issue, I tried booking a car online at the request of my insurance company. Shortly after booking the car, I received a call from them and they proceeded to tell me that the car was not available and I asked what they had available. They gave me the options and I said I would like the cheapest option, they said they had a small pickup and I asked how much for the week. They told me it was going to be $1200 for the week, which I questioned because according to the site the small pickup was $330 a week. They said that was a price only given to insurance companies and I mentioned that I calling because insurance company would be paying for it. They would not let me book the truck for any less than $1200. Second the insurance company setup for us get call from them, we specified the size of the car and they said it would be available the next day. We stopped the next day, the car we requested was not available and they tried to force us to take a small compact car. Then when we requested to speak to the manager the girl not only acted very rude toward us but when she turned around and started laughing. When the manager came out he basically said we have nothing for you here and we are to leave. I will never due business with Enterprise again if this the way they treat their customers.

Incredibly poor customer service from both staff and manager. Told car available then told a minute later it was not available. My wife questioned why we could book online with our insurance claim, if no the cars are not available. Then told they were going to cancel our reservation completely and hung up.
