Let me just get this out of the way. The people are not very reputable, they are not very honest, and do not put the client first. First issue, I tried booking a car online at the request of my insurance company. Shortly after booking the car, I received a call from them and they proceeded to tell me that the car was not available and I asked what they had available. They gave me the options and I said I would like the cheapest option, they said they had a small pickup and I asked how much for the week. They told me it was going to be $1200 for the week, which I questioned because according to the site the small pickup was $330 a week. They said that was a price only given to insurance companies and I mentioned that I calling because insurance company would be paying for it. They would not let me book the truck for any less than $1200. Second the insurance company setup for us get call from them, we specified the size of the car and they said it would be available the next day. We stopped the next day, the car we requested was not available and they tried to force us to take a small compact car. Then when we requested to speak to the manager the girl not only acted very rude toward us but when she turned around and started laughing. When the manager came out he basically said we have nothing for you here and we are to leave. I will never due business with Enterprise again if this the way they treat their customers.

Incredibly poor customer service from both staff and manager. Told car available then told a minute later it was not available. My wife questioned why we could book online with our insurance claim, if no the cars are not available. Then told they were going to cancel our reservation completely and hung up.

Had a car accident and GEICO sent my info to enterprise over a week ago and I arrived this morning at the repair shop to find out they had no rental for me. The gentleman tried to tell me he just received my information that morning, which is a complete lie. I have confirmation that it was sent the same day. He turned around and walked out of the repair shop. He called me back a few minutes later and tried to backtrack and say they tried to call me but my voicemail box was full--also a lie. No missed call, my voicemail box is not full, I don't even have ONE VM saved. The gentleman was totally rude, I connected us 3 way with GEICO and he hung up. I do not recommend this location to ANYONE. Hertz was able to get me into a vehicle, thankfully.

Booked a reservation for an electric car on September 19th for a pickup October 22nd. I booked an electric car because I wanted to save cost on gas. I was driving all the way to Rochester, 4+ hours. I get a call the morning of Oct 22nd saying they don't have a car available. This was pretty infuriating because I have no other options. I call the location and they say they don't have the car I booked but they have a pickup truck or a Challenger. But I wanted those I'd need to pay an additional $280. So not only am I out $150 in gas I have to pay $280 because they don't have the car I booked. Their excuse was that my reservation was for 12pm but I showed up at 10am. Insane. Usually Enterprise has great service, I've booked with them hundreds of times before and was by far the worst experience I've had. Strongly suggest you avoid this location.

I recently had to use Enterprise Rent a Car in Butler. They were wonderful! Answered my many questions and took excellent care of everything. Cory and Jake are awesome! I really appreciated all their help. A++

I talked to the employees about getting a comparable car to the one we have. They said there was nothing available. When we get there they are telling a new customer they have a rental available the type I needed. I asked questions about the cars damage and who would have to pay for it to get towed because the tire is flat. Because I asked questions they said they can't give me a car. WHAT?! You guys are awful. No customer service. And it's sketchy it's a problem to ask about my safety and liability. I thought you cared about your customers.

I made a reservation and the call me an hour before I had to pick up my reservation and told me they couldn't honor it so I went to hertz then I called to book another reservation for another date and told the representative on the phone about what happened and gave them a bad review and the supposed branch manager called me and told me if I had a problem with their service why would I want to rent from them. The only reason I rent from this location is because the next closest place to rent a car is 30 minutes away from me. The boys that work here are super unprofessional the first time I rented a car my fiancé and I walked in and one of the employees was quoting a stepbrothers movie and talking about putting nuts on a drum set and I believe it's the same guy claiming to be the branch manager

The associate was very pleasant and helpful in getting us on our way quickly. He explained everything and even helped out when I called with a question after leaving the location. The car was beautiful and clean when we got it!

Don't ever use this company. Showed up the day I had reserved with a confirmation number to pick up a car. Was told "we emailed you, we you didn't leave a phone number; we don't have any cars available until next week."First off, they never emailed me, I double-checked my inbox and spam--no they did not email me THEY LIED. And I did in fact also leave my phone number when I reserved the car--it is a requirement with an * that you have to fill out.**Update** Camilla (Enterprise Holdings Customer Service)Aug 3, 2023, 9:06 PM CDT"Thank you for choosing Enterprise for your car rental needs! Our experience here was all around a pleasant one. The rental car suited my needs while our car was in the shop. Was nice and clean. We worked directly with Ryan and Corey during setting it all up over the phone and when checking in. Very professional, personable experience.

I always have a great experience at the butler enterprise!! Their prices are always cheaper than everywhere else, staff is very friendly and helpful! Beautiful and nice selection of vehicles that have never gave me any type of issues on my trips from Pittsburgh to Philly both ways! Definitely recommend Butler Enterprise :)

Staff was friendly. Car was not great. Strongly smelled of smoke, so much that I had to drive with all of the windows town each time.
