I've been paying on my car loan for a year now - I tried to get Auto pay set up at the very beginning and was told I would have to go into a branch to do this - somehow and I may never know my payment did not arrive - I've been talking to them since last week and was told to give it more time - I called today and did get Auto pay set up and was transferred to a rep who was supposed to take my payment and he told me it was their policy that they can only take payments if the account is late and that won't happen for another 4 days - I can't believe this horrible customer service -

The good: the don't charge a ton of fees. The bad: They pretty much suck as a bank. They don't work with Plaid, so you can't use them with things like SoFi or cashapp. I tried to use them with Chime, and they locked my debit card for fraud. They unlocked it, it still didn't work, and the guy basically said he couldn't fix it and to call back. If you just want to store money, and get it out at the branch, that's about all they are good for. Their debit card doesn't work with PayPal, but you can link their accounts, but it takes 3-5 days to move money from them into PayPal, which is the only way to get money or besides an ATM or check. I'd recommend Huntington, because it works with cashapp

I’ve felt with them for a long time and they are always nice and patient. Usually it’s the clients who make the job harder for the clerks and other people. If you worked at a bank you’d understand.

Lots of negative reviews here, but I've been very happy with FNB in Butler. Everyone is very nice. Sometimes there is a line at the drive thru and it takes a bit longer than usual, but I can't remember ever waiting long enough to become impatient.

Worst bank ever!!! Waited 15 minutes in the drive threw before they even came and got my deposit.

Be a great bank if you could actually get to the atm or night drop aafter closing it becomes a parking garage for the restaurant next door. Not a place for safety after dark when you have to walk your night deposit up and thats only if you can find some where to park to do it. Good luck after banking hours here

So nice of them to only work with one party in a divorce on an account jointly owned(car loan) and literally hang up on the other party while they are asking questions because the first party scheduled and appointment he cannot make it to for health and safety reasons. He has every right to his accoubt information legally.

EXTREMELY slow people working here. It’s actually embarrassing to the branch. Takes about 15-25 mins every time I am there.

Well. If you want to sit in line and watch your interest grow in your account before you get seen. This is the bank for you. If you want to watch the guys facial hair grow right before your very eyes, this is the bank for you. How he still has a job is beyond me. 20 min in a drive thru is incredible, although you visit this bank enough times during the week you can still binge watch your favorite shows in the comfort of your automobile.
