I hate to even have to do this but I had the most unpleasant experience at HF on 4/8/24. I bought a battery charger 2 years ago on 3/15/22. I bought it because have a car that sits all winter. I used it to charge my battery that day. Put it away and used again in March 23. I am getting my car ready for the season and tried to charge my battery. It didn't work. Took it back to HF to explain I only used it twice. The manager appeared to be angry. She told "nothing I can do, the warranty is up". If that's the case fine but I wanted to point out this was extenuating circumstances. I only used it twice; 3rd time it didn't work.i just wanted to be heard. Bottom line it didn't happen. I even asked her to at least acknowledge she heard what I said. She would not and replied "nothing I can do". Very unpleasant experience. I went elsewhere to get a once a year charger. Needless to say I won't go back there.

The best ,and actually the only place to shop for tools in the area. The have a huge selection , power tools, hand tools, floor jacks, and an exceptional variety of odds and ends. Decent prices.

Had what I needed at a good price. Don't expect stuff I buy here to last a lifetime, but it doesn't need to. Staff always helpful and friendly. Good quantity of stock on shelves.
