Oil leaking out under engine, found out oil filter was not tighten all the way and same with drain plug, luckily I caught it before the oil drained out and destroyed my engine

Great team! Went in for an oil change and there were two cars ahead of me but they still had me out in under a half hour! Staff is very helpful, filled my tires too and informed me there was a nail in my tire but because my vehicle type they can’t lift it but they gave me some great recommendations. Would most definitely recommend to anybody and will be back!

One of the worst experiences I have had. I use jiffy lube for my oil changes all the time. Ask them this time to check breaks and thing. Said they need do but didn’t offer to do them. I know they can be done there but it seem like they didn’t want bothered.
