Staff goes above and beyond to get customer in and out quickly! While they value your time, they also take pride in their work and make sure to get the job done right! Highly recommend! General manager Robbie checked in and made sure everything was good during at at the end of service! Look forward to our next pit stop!

Very very pleased with the service all of the guys that work there are very professional and pleasant. The work they did was phenomenal. I would recommend this place to anyone. The management is great they could not have a better manager and workers.

Worst experience ever. I seriously wouldn't trust them to even put air in a tire. Stopped in for a quick oil change and had to be towed to a dealer at MY expense. The manager blamed a dealership for having the oil filter tightened too much. Took no blame themselves for completely destroying the filter. I didn't have a vehicle for 3 days. Thanks Jiffy!

I went for an oil change and they incorrectly placed the filter or didn’t put a filter- not completely sure how they managed to let all of the oil leak out of my car. So I then had to have my vehicle towed from there to someone competent enough to perform an oil change without blowing up my motor .Very disappointed with my entire experience.

UPDATE: Worst experience ever. Will never recommend this place to anyone. I stopped in for an oil change and had to be towed away at MY own expense. They would not pay for the tow because they said it wasn’t their fault that the last place that changed my oil had the filter on too tight. Please see picture below. I wish they would have stopped when they couldn’t loosen it instead of completely demolishing it. Atleast I would have been able to drive away to a competent place. I PREFER TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE OTHER THAN MIKE COUSINS. AS ALTHOUGH HE WAS NOT ON THE SCENE, HE IS ONE OF THE TWO PEOPLE THAT SAID IT WAS KELLY’S AUTOMOTIVE FAULT AND HE WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE TOW WHEN WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE.

Staff - incredibly unreliable and untrained in mechanics.Owner - zero customer loyalty. Worried about profit and not customer satisfaction- Drove a car in for oil change and had to have towed to a mechanic to remove mangled oil filter.

I had oil changed there and inspection done there. Thought they knew what they were doing. They missed diagnosed a ticking problem I was having and didn't properly check the oil level. My engine could have blown up because of their inability to read a dip stick and give me incorrect information. VERY DISSATISFIED manager didn't call me

Took my 2019 kia shortage for oil change July 16th oil light has been coming on since then today is Aug 21 took it somewhere else to get checked out. There was no oil!!! And oil filter was very lose so oil leaked out all over. Will never return and never refer to anyone.

no wait got right in, they were done within 15 mins. however the 85. cost was outrageous the tech did give me 10.00 off when he saw how dissatisfied i was with the cost. I will look elsewhere next timeService: Oil change
