I go here for many of my craft ideas or if I just need something for a craft I'm working on. They have a huge selection of items and good pricing also. The people are friendly here also.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. the employee i spoke to on the phone, Karlee, was extremely rude and inconvenienced by her job, and i could hear her talking about me to another employee before she put me on hold.

I came to see if they had a better selection of diamond paintings than a fabric place, you know since Michaels is a CRAFT store. I walk over the whole place only seeing 2 hanging sadly on a isle end. I am thinking this must be a mistake, there has to be a section for such a craft so I go to ask and I am told those are the only two in the whole huge store they have. They used to keep them in stock but now they only stock two at a time? How does a FABRIC store have a whole section dedicated to diamond paintings and you a CRAFT store only manage 2 a week or even less? Shame on you. I bet if I walk over to Walmart they would have more stock.

We had what I would describe as a standard Michael's experience at this store. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The store seemed to be well stocked, they had everything we were looking for. Everything was clean and well organized.

Employees are great, however when you have to order an online pick up at the store you're at just to get 20% off I call bs.

Better than most Michaels as far as cleanliness. The shelves were pretty bare when I was there though.
