We ordered a loveseat and recliner in early April. We have called 3 times since April. The dates for delivery kept getting pushed back. Our last call, we were told that the loveseat was there but not the recliner. They offered to deliver the loveseat asap but no response. That was a month ago. We were told the recliner would be in towards the end of June. Our salesperson is very nice and professional but she has not been following up with us.

Purchased a sofa and loveseat this afternoon. I haven't received the set, so i cant speak on delivery yet, but I was able to sit on it for a few minutes while Carrie got my paperwork ready. Carrie is awesome! She was super knowledgeable and took the time to answer all the questions I had without making me feel like she was rushing me out the door. She made suggestions without being too pushy. Carrie, thanks for putting up with my mother's and my shenanigans, you're the best! Can't wait to get my new furniture!

Purchased a second set of couch and recliner from them because we had good luck with the first set and they are junk. Catnappper couch first lost the USB port chargers after two months. Called for repairs and got the run around while battling with that, one of the coils springs broke through the bottom of the seat. Now the recliner USB port stopped working and still can’t get any help from store. Worst experience ever from this place.with no help it sight. Over priced junky furniture and zero customer support after they take your money, stay away from this place.
Update: 6 months later told R.W.McDonald we were suing them for price of the couch. They gave us a warranty company number and said “you’re on your own, don’t bother us anymore “ Now I’m dealing with a warranty company out of Texas. Picture shows coil spring poking through after 3 months.

Yes I will we bought a new speed queen dryer and it lasted day and after talking to them I thought that I needed a new one But no I had to call the repair man which I did not know his phone number which I did not know his number So needless to say I will not buy another thing from them Ray Sarver

I stopped by here today to buy a new washer and dryer. Mr. McDonald took the time to help me find exactly what washer and dryer I wanted. He listened to all the washer features I wanted (and the features I didn’t care about having) and made good recommendations. Purchase was smooth and easy. He was able to schedule delivery and installation for me, which will be in 48 hours.A great experience!

I was needing a upright freezer within 4 days of getting a call that my whole cow was being processed and ready for pickup by Friday. I called many stores that sell appliances and no one could get me one delivered within the 4 days I needed it. But…. My fiancé gave me this company’s name to call, I called spoke to the owner Mr. McDonald he was very helpful, caring , friendly, and professional. He said let me check I’ll call you back he called me in 15 minutes had me a very big upright freezer and was very reasonable in price and delivered it Thursday to my house. I got an excellent price for this huge freezer. Thank you Mr. McDonald your the best.

I was in need of a refrigerator. I found several online that would work perfectly. I decided to purchase locally so if I had any problems I would have to jump through hoops for repair. boy was I wrong. my fridge is not even a year old and has completely stopped working, after growling for 2 days. I called immediately when it started growling and even though it is not even a year old, I was told to call the manufacturer. After a very long process of answering ridiculous questions, they sent me an email to self diagnose. that did not solve my problem. I called again and after arguing with someone telling them I didn't think the problem couldn't be solved over the phone, they connected me with repair. it is now a week and 2 days without a fridge or freezer, I'm waiting. very disappointed.
