Exchange and Returns staff have no empathy. She was very patronizing and even though I had my receipt did not offer to see what she could do. Won’t shop there again will go elsewhere.

I love going to the Butler Target. The store itself is always clean and well organized. It's is always easy to find what I'm shopping for or even just browsing for. The store representives are abundant and it's very easy to locate an associate if any assistance is needed. Every interaction I have with an associate has always been wonderful. They are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I don't normally write bad reviews but, this experience made me feel terrible. I was already having a bad day so I decided to go to Target to cheer up, because sometimes it helps just looking around to distract myself from it. I also don't want to get anybody in trouble, so I'm not gonna describe anyone in particular. I just hope that this doesn't happen to someone else, or someone can learn from this. I bought a pair of headphones, and was in my car testing them out and lost track of time. I accidentally shut off my audio settings in my car and had to Google how to fix it. I was nearly finished, and an employee tapped on my window. I was so scared, I struggled to roll down my window. Instead of just informing me that they were closed and not to stay too long, flat out told me they weren't leaving until I do. I basically got kicked out of the lot. I kindly explained that I was trying to fix my settings, but they made me feel like a criminal and I meant no harm. I wasn't doing anything illegal. I'm too embarrassed to ever go to this location again. I understand policies, it could have definitely been handled with more empathy and understanding. Neither of us knows what the other is going through. Remember that.
