“They were able to patch my tire after I got a nail in it for only $25. In my experience they always take walk-ins faster than anybody else. That type of service is what brings you to them but the fast service and knowledgeable staff keep you coming back! Highly recommended!”

“Got a brake job on short notice. The guys at Butler Monroe were great. Jeff got me right in and gave me options on three levels of service. Great service. HOWEVER, I have done my own brake jobs before and some of the pricing is absurd. $49 per axle for a floating pin service??!! Cmon moan. This should be part of the service for EVERY brake job!!! It takes 2 minutes per pin. That is absolutely outlandish and simply a corporate money grab!!”
“I had a hitch installed and it was a great experience. They were easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and quick. I've had others install a hitch on different vehicles in the past and they did such a better job. They took the time to route the wiring exactly where it should go instead of just tossing it in and hanging it out through the rear gate. The cost was more than fair. The staff was a pleasure to work with. They will definitely get repeat business from me.”

The technicians did an awesome job mounting and balancing with my wheels being in perfect condition and the balancing is perfect at all speeds.
