“I had a hitch installed and it was a great experience. They were easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and quick. I've had others install a hitch on different vehicles in the past and they did such a better job. They took the time to route the wiring exactly where it should go instead of just tossing it in and hanging it out through the rear gate. The cost was more than fair. The staff was a pleasure to work with. They will definitely get repeat business from me.”
“Had a tire with a bubble that was less than 3 months old from Monroe Muffler. Monroe stated warranty only covered tread and this happens from the excessive heat. Monroe wanted over $400 to replace it. I got upset with Monroe because the tire was only about 2 1/2 months old. I told Monroe I would pay someone else double before I would give them another nickle. Butler tire replaced it for less than $175.00. They even quoted me for front brakes and rotors which was half of what Monroe charged me. Never again will I go anywhere else other than Butler Tire.”

“These people are AWESOME. Ran over a rake on the road. I called them and they took it in right away and replaced the tire for me. It was losing air as I was driving there. (4 holes) It went flat just as I pulled in their parking lot. Great customer service and service personnel.”
