I had a large -50” long- 25” tall metal wall hanging that belonged to my late Mom that I needed to have shipped from PA to CA. It was looking like it could not happen. It was too large, & oddly shaped.
This Butler UPS store made a box, & expertly packed, & shipped it to me! It arrived on time,
& in perfect shape! (Another store said they could not provide a box- we would have to provide it.)
I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate their expert packing, & handling of this wall hanging, it means a lot to me. I would highly recommend this store, for going above and beyond!

I am always in and out at this UPS. They get 5 starts for completely saving me though. I tried ATTs internet and it didn’t work out. As I was returning the equipment to UPS they told me to definitely hold onto the receipt. Thank god I did. I returned the equipment in sept and in December I got a notice that I was being charged $211 for not returning the equipment. Thankfully I had the receipt to dispute the charges because otherwise I would have had no proof.

I drove over a half an hour to get here and they are closed in the middle of a business day at 2:00! There's not a sign on the door. The hours listed say they're open. All the lights are on inside as if they are open, but the doors are locked!
Now I wasted over an hour drive round trip, and still have to go somewhere else! It is completely unprofessional to leave a business like this without even putting up a sign!
I actually left and came back 40 minutes later and they're still locked and as I'm sitting here writing this review, at least eight people have tried to get in. Do better!

Awesome store. They’ve got the amazing return self serve thing, makes it quick and easy. Staff was good and helped me with my oversized package. It’s A HUGE package. So big it almost hurt.

Jason the owner has a way with customers that makes you feel At ease and he is very patient and knowledgeable about every aspect of all the services they provide. I was in there to ship some packages to my daughter and they were very very helpful and the cost was not at all what I expected. It was fast. I also made some copies and they also provided shredding for me. That was easy. No complication whatsoever. the atmosphere was very friendly. Everyone was kind and seem to know exactly what they were doing. I’m glad that Butler has a place to go to do all the things that I need done.
