Shipping prices were extremely high. They may have been a 'normal' price, but we went in asking questions and asking about different options. We were just told a set price and that was that. No customer service. The woman helping us was friendly otherwise. The, I assume, manager on duty was extremely rude to other customers. They were very busy, but that does not negate the need to do your job.

Update: I am updating my review because today, three weeks later, she has found a way to reach my personal Facebook account and has threatened to report me to the police if I don’t remove her name on this review. I have removed her last name but I fully stand behind my statement. Reaching out to my personal Facebook account to message me is wildly inappropriate. Again, I strongly believe that she is not suitable to serve as a representative of UPS in a managerial role or any other role UPS has to offer her.The behavior of the manager at this establishment was extremely rude and unprofessional, which was a stark contrast to the service I typically receive from other employees. Her disrespectful demeanor was appalling, and I strongly believe that she is not suitable to serve as a representative of UPS in a managerial role. Jennifers disrespectful demeanor towards both her colleagues and customers was appalling. I firmly believe that she is not fit to represent UPS especially in a managerial capacity. It is strongly recommended that her position within the company be reevaluated promptly.

Great customer experience. Staff is courteous and eager to help, and go out of their way to do so.

I agree with one reviewers assessment that they need to understand and respect their customers. I also was unfortunate to get the person who had no clue what they were doing but refused to acknowledge. A Very expensive process for the quality of work completed. I used to come here all the time and get the best service. But it is clear that they have gone down hill. Never, ever again.

The store is generally helpful enough considering it’s close to home but the service has definitely depreciated in the past few months. I don’t know the reason like if they’re over stressed or what but the employees just seem inconvenienced by their customers. I much prefer going to Kohl’s for Amazon returns if I can.

Have always used UPS stores to ship out products. I use a shipping service so I print my own labels, sometimes at home and occasionally at the store itself. This time I paid to use their computer and printer to print my labels in store. The miserable woman running the place told me it was “highly offensive” to print my own UPS labels at the UPS store. What a weirdo. I’m still paying UPS, and paying the store to use their computer and printer. The time before that she charged me 2$ to run one piece of tape on my box. Whatever, I laughed that off. But telling me it was “highly offensive” for paying to use their products is absolutely obnoxious. I have shipped 100s of packages out at other UPS stores and have never had a problem. It’s a shame this is the closest one to my house. I will have to find other means to ship, because I’d never deal with that weirdo again.

Was there yesterday the kid that waited on us had no customer skills didn't want to help us and then whenever we ask him what we needed to do he had an attitude about it the kid had a red shirt on and never gave his name we were there around 5:34 p.m. the store is 5097 in Butler PA

Today 12/7/2023 at approx. 1:25 PM I returned some Amazon Merchandise to the UPS store 5097 in Butler Pa. A young man waited on me scanned the first return no problem, then started to unpack the secound box, I asked him why he was unpacking it, he said if He had to explain it I wouldn't understand. Really having been an employee of UPS for over 30 years I think I would understand. He then left in a Huff to the back room without a thank you for my business .

I do not normally get anything from Amazon so it is foreign to me to have to return anything. Worse yet, I didn’t have any tape. I offered to buy tape and was told that the box should have been taped. I offered to buy some. If you don’t want to use a strip of your tape, I will pay for it.I had to mail 2 envelopes via UPS. They are the Express Bags. Work supplies them for me and we have used them for years. I get rudely told that these are used for other purposes. What am I to do? I follow my work protocols.After I left I forgot to follow instructions and place my bar code inside the box. I called and got the same woman. Clearly I bothered her by asking if I can come back and do that. She said they would try and find it. I went and bought tape so I would not be chastised. 2 employees told me it was on the outside of the box and didn’t need to be on the inside. I wanted to get my refund and follow the instructions. The box was right on the shelf. Easy to find. They begrudgingly said they would take care of it.Moral of this review: without customers, you would not have a job. I have worked in customer most of my life and I know my job depends on my performance. That woman was beyond rude and I really never care to step back into your business. The staff at Staples are always nice, professional, and I never feel like a bother to them.

So I go to the same store I got documents notarized with power of attorney documents before and this time the a new person whether his name is Matthew (Matt) or Gage advises me he can't perform the notarizing for me. Poor training or not universal. Train your employees to know the differences. I have nothing to gain from notarizing documents for my father.

giving this even 1 star is too much. This store needs a major overhaul on customer service and manners. The woman named Jennifer is very rude and argumentative. I watched this woman tell a senior to leave and to come back the next day because she closes at 7. even tho it was 6:56, this Jennifer was not about to stay one second past 7, nor help This senior in any way shape or form. This woman proceeded to argue with me how she closes at 7 and would not even give me my receipt not would let me return my last item. This (I have a hard time even calling her) lady had to follow me to the door arguing with me. I am a barber and work in customer service, and this lady takes the cake in the worst of the worst! I came here to see that I apparently am not the only one who had an issue with her in that store. I guess this is UPS acceptable to treat people like crap for merely giving them your business.
