A male cashier does not want to be there. He should find a new job or solely work in the back of the store, so he has little to no interaction with people. This area needs free standing CVS, not cvs within a target. I get that people hate their job or even certain hues of people. But some employees act so angry as if they are a C-suite executive. My money spends just as the next and sometimes better.

It's walgreens so it's pricy but this is a nice store . Always very clean and organized and pretty much always has what I go in for and it's not usually real busy so there is staff available and they are friendly. I'd recommend going here.

Oh my goodness due to Walgreens Pharmacist providing false information to my employer I have lost my job. Please patience beware she decides who and what each person will receive. It's very sad that they think they can Disrespect the lives of patients and doctors privacy. I was accused falsely And my employer was given false information please be careful with who you use.I It's traumatizing knowing that your pharmacist thinks she can outrank a qualified medical physician actually it's very scary

Has become my go to pharmacy for mostly all my medications but 1. Walgreens is so much better than Wal-Mart they are so slow over there and they stop notifying you that your stuff is ready... But Walgreens has been good to me so far and they have a drive thru. So I do not even have to get out of my car. But they do have a nice store to go with it if I need other stuff while I'm there.

This is the most horrific overall experience I have ever encountered at a Pharmacy. Unfortunately, my wife insisted on using Walgreens I have no apparent influence over her decision. I personally use Rite Aid and am very pleased with them. So first of all, the store has an automated phone system that is annoying. Calls the house regularly to give unnecessary trivial updates regarding the prescriptions. As compared to Rite Aid's system which just contacts me to inform me my prescription is available for pick up. If I need to speak to the Pharmacist, I call and quickly get through. At this Walgreens if you call your experience will likely go like this (it is the only experience I have ever had every time I call). The automated system will give you 5 options the last of which is "other reason". It then puts you into a holding list and informs you that "the staff is busy assisting other callers and you have 'x' callers in front of you". Seems like it is an unreasonably long period then the message changes to "x-1" callers in front of you. You wait and wait then "x-2". Wait, wait, wait...you get frustrated; decide what is likely happening is the callers ahead of you are getting frustrated and hanging up...that's why the number is reducing so slowly. You finally hang up. Today we really needed to speak to someone. In error we indicated to the annoying automated system that a prescription needed to be refilled; there is no way to cancel that refill order through the automated system...so you must speak to a staff member. I waited on hold for over 50 minutes, going from "4 ahead of you", to "3 ahead of you", "2"...you get the idea. Finally, it's my turn. Ringing, oh thank God! Ring, ring, ring, ring...no answer. Hold music. Ring, ring, ring, ring...no answer. Just like the shampoo bottle says..."ring and repeat". Nine cycles; I finally gave up. Hung up. And wrote the review. Take my advice, choose any other pharmacy in Butler. Guess I'll drive to the store, where I will likely be ignored at the counter also.

The pharmacy tech (Sally or Sandy) was so very friendly and kind. She contacted my insurance company in order to get the information corrected and my RX filled. The store was relatively busy but she took the time to give me extra attention. I work in healthcare and I know not everyone treats patients with this much care and concern. I will return to this pharmacy because they remember their is CARE in HEALTHCARE. Thank you

Had a bad experience today at the drive through. The person was very rude when I arrived early for an appointment. Honestly it was dead and thought it would benefit them to get me over with for a 2 second test. I'll just go to riteaid going forward.

I have never in my life been known for leaving bad reviews…or reviews at all. But I felt it necessary to leave a review for how horrible I was treated by the staff at this location. I had ordered pictures (they were noting out of the ordinary and there were like 11 total) i had went to pick them up at the time they were expected to be ready and I was told the picture machine was down and being fixed so it would be a few hours. I was more than ok with that and asked if I could pick them up a different day and they said that would be fine. So today, Monday, May 16th, 2022 I went to pick up my pictures and I was treated absolutely horribly. They couldn’t find my picture and were extremely rude when I had told them about my situation when trying to pick them up. Eventually the man helping to find my pictures had found them and literally threw them at me. Absolutely disgusted that someone can be so horrible.
