Got approved for John Deere financing online, chose West Central Equipment in Butler. Rick Bombara, our salesman was awesome, super knowledgeable and financing was easy and received a great promotional deal on our purchase. Our brand new side by side was clean, gassed up and ready to go. Had it on the trailer home within a week. So happy and very pleased with the service and purchase at West Central. Highly recommended!

Horrible place do not buy here and do not take your tractor for repair. Rude service manager and tells you a liar. Spent over 3.000 extra due to their poor service. Do not trust them horrible horrible they tell you to call the corporate office. Do not care about service or you.

Walked in ready to buy a tractor and was told here's my card,check our website and let me know if you really want to buy.Guess when you're a woman you aren't taken seriously.Went elsewhere and bought red instead of green ;)REPLY****Sorry but no one went over anything or explained.Literally I walked in asked 1 question and was brushed off. That was the extent of my interaction with your team. 30 seconds is what I got.

Paid for the premium service for my zero turn, they didn’t clean the underside of my deck *literal chunks of grass still in corners, and didn’t pressure wash it. Called in and was told there was maintenance being done on a door which is way they didn’t pressure wash and apologized for not cleaning the deck. Nothing offered to rectify the situation at all. $379 of disappointment *Have not checked to see if anything else was skipped.

Great customer service as well as technical/mechanical expertise. The service department is exceptional and super nice to work with. West Central is my go to service for my old John Deere LT 160.As a follow up... after servicing my tractor, some how the bags on my bagger were missing. It happens. West Central ordered new ones and had them ready for pick up in a matter of days. These folks are the best in customer service. Brandi and her team in service are awesome. I'm so grateful.

I do not wish to take away the professionals that are good salesman, parts salesman and equipment people. However after many years of purchasing several thousands of dollars in equipment since 2008 to present including the most recent being a X590 riding lawn tractor for over 8000.00 dollars I surely expected to be treated with reasonable consideration and fairness. However I had a complaint concerning the main drive belt on the lawn tractor not worn but material failure when I noticed the belt was coming apart in layers as it was constructed. Instead I was meant by the manager Gary with excuses, how the belt might have a bad pulley, or a stick might have cause the the damage and Gary even went as far to insinuate I might have burn the belt and said, I quote "I have done that". The more Gary spoke the more frustrated I became because he was talking to a 65 year old man with many years of experience. i picked up the belt and left. I contacted John Deere and got results. Being I used the belt the John Deere rep could not give me one for free but he did pro rate the belt and I agreed to purchase one for 35% off original cost. Fair treatment and good representation for John Deere was I was asking and receive. Being this is a small town and John Deere is such a large company I felt such a small problem could of been handle my the manager much the way I was treated when I purchased the tractor.

With the help of Rick, Tim, and Brandi, we bought a Z545R. Credit card purchases are a bit wack but wanted to finance anyway. Took a bit of time to get the mower to the house, but at the same time every industry is pressed for inventory and people these days. LOVE how well the mower works for us. Literally cut my time by half an hour and that's with 12" grass... im sure it'll be even faster now that I have everything back to normal. (This wasn't a planned purchase, our old one crapped out.)Major, major props to Tim who responded quickly even after hours. Also a shout out to Brandi because she was super nice about everything and was very accommodating and pleasant and knew what she was talking about. Hard to find these days for both of them.I'm sure if it wasn't the middle of spring with a spur of the moment purchase they would get 5 stars no doubt.

I purchased an XT350 last spring. It worked well for me except for a problem stalling after it was hot. I mentioned this problem in a John Deere survey in October, 2021. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by West Central about the problem. They offered to look at it in November after the mowing season concluded. As it was still under warranty, and no mention was made of any cost, I let them take it to their location. They also noted that similar problems were occurring in other mowers. After a couple weeks, they contacted me to pick up the tractor. They were unable to fix the problem. However, they wanted me to pay a bill of $91.75. The dealer previously had made no mention of a charge. Since it was a new tractor, still under warranty, I did not expect any charge. The dealer did not fix anything, but wanted to bill me since he could not bill the warranty. I would not have sent the tractor to the dealer if I had been told there was a charge. I keep getting invoices from the dealer. I should not have to pay this unannounced charge

First time purchasing a tractor from West Central. It was a great experience from beginning to end. At a time when supplies are low, they had plenty of tractors in stock to pick from. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. There was no hard sell on anything, they just gave me their experienced opinion and let me decided (I went with all of their suggestions). Prior to delivery, we went to the shop and they gave us a walkthrough of the features, maintenance, and connect/disconnect of the attachments. This was very beneficial because the manuals were not as clear as easy to understand as the staff showing me and letting me do it in person on my tractor. Once it was delivered, I was able to get started. Great staff and awesome experience.Thanks!
