VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The driver was a complete rude ass and very disrespectful of my business property. Had to go through a ladies clothing store to get to the tank and refused to wipe the fuel/grime off the hose. I asked him nicely to do so and he handed me the paper towels. He lost his glove behind the tank slamming things around then grabbed a step stool from the truck, slammed it up against the tank, got his glove then threw the stepstool in the truck. Handed me the bill and 'I' had to say thank you and he responded "yep" and left. When I called the office to let them know what had transpired, Karen would not come to the phone and Vicky told me "it's best you find someone else to deliver fuel to you for now on". I WILL GLADLY TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!! They treat you like crap and then it's your fault. Would not recommend them to anyone!

I am a new home owner and this is the first time I have had fuel oil. Friday’s customer service was top notch! They took the time to answer all of my questions and help me problem solve some issues!! So helpful! Definitely will be a customer as long as I need fuel!! Thank you Fridays!!
