“I had a large -50” long- 25” tall metal wall hanging that belonged to my late Mom that I needed to have shipped from PA to CA. It was looking like it could not happen. It was too large, & oddly shaped.
This Butler UPS store made a box, & expertly packed, & shipped it to me! It arrived on time,
& in perfect shape! (Another store said they could not provide a box- we would have to provide it.)
I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate their expert packing, & handling of this wall hanging, it means a lot to me. I would highly recommend this store, for going above and beyond!”

“I am not sure who helped me today but he was very tall and made sure that I understood how to mail eBay packages. I wasn’t really paying attention because he was attractive and it made me nervous but I think they are all going to the right place and if not I still think 5 stars is appropriate. Also the facility is extremely cold. More places should be 64°F”

“My wife called in concern of not receiving mail after almost two months of doing a stop of mail at the old address and change of address for the new one. The gentleman we spoke with was beyond proficient in his area of expertise and got to the bottom of it within minutes. He was super professional, understood every concern of ours, and took the best care I feel could be given and represented by the USPS. Highly satisfied with the customer service we received, I forget the gentleman's name but he's been there 30+ years and he is fantastic.”

I called Staci after realizing I made a mistake on a poster I ordered. Instead of making me do the entire order over again, she told me to email her the new copy, and then she responded and had it ready within an hour. She was kind, resourceful, and definitely left me with a great impression of Staples’s customer service.”

We get all our mail delivered to my our address and we don’t get any neighbors mail in my mailbox. We now don’t run into any usps mail issues that needs addressing. “I had a fantastic experience working Carly (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) at the USPS in Zelienople, PA. She went absolutely above and beyond to help me track down a lost package. Carly took the time to call me daily with updates, kept me informed every step of the way, and was incredibly pleasant and professional throughout the whole process. Easily the best customer service I have ever experienced.
