“I have always been treated with respect and kindness at the Benton Post Office. I have found the people to be professional. I have received all my packages. Where I live, the packages that fit are in my mailbox. The ones that don't, I do have to go the the Benton Post office to get due to where I live which is a mile from the mail boxes.”

“I have to sing praises for hiring Crystal ( the new counter woman). She is the best thing to happen to this post office. She is so kind and helpful. Definitely a step up from the people that were already there. Always had issues before with terrible customer service and she has made coming to this post office enjoyable now. She deserves a raise!”
