Darnell is a gem- he spent time helping my friend remove multiple viruses on his phone. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He also took the time to show us tips on using a Samsung as I’m an iPhone girl and was clueless! He is a very professional associate and went above and beyond providing terrific service.

I had the best experience at ATT in Camp Hill PA thanks to Daiquann E. (Darryl) He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. He took the time to answer all my questions which were many. He was so patient and took time to explain how we could save money on my phone bill and internet. I didn’t know they had a discount plan for 55 and up. Well we qualified for the discount and he saved us 80 dollars a month for 2 phones and internet. Also I thought my phone screen was cracked and I needed to get a new phone. He was pretty confident it was just the protective screen not my actual the screen that was cracked. He was pretty confident it was so, I trusted his judgement. He was right!! He made this old lady’s day!! I walked out with a my phone being fine and 80 dollars more a month in my pockets. Thank you so much Daiquaan!!! 100 percent recommend him!! Thanks Att for the discount plans for us old people. :)

Ricky, who is store manager and Stephanie are wonderful sales associates. They are very knowledgeable about all the products in their store. While processing my new phone and transferring information, they were extremely patient and helpful. I had a great experience and will highly recommend them!

Spent many hours in this store before phone was activated. Manager did not seem to care at all and tech support was awful. None of my contacts or phone calls transferred. Should have just stayed with google. Apple sucks

I met Darryl (sp?) today at the Camp Hill Shopping Center AT&T. I needed help transferring info from one phone to another. He was extremely helpful, polite and a real asset to this company. I wish all associates were as helpful as he was.
