Okay for a bare minimum service if you need a bank. Be careful with them, they are not above a bait and switch. Advertised a higher rate CD, accepted my application, only to say they have none available, and then tried to pressure me into a lower rate option.

Go somewhere else for speedy service.Waited 15 minutes to be helped, then 20 minutes standing in the lobby to be given quarters.

I have been a Belco member for nearly 10 years. Best experience I've ever had. I get my paycheck a day earlier than my coworkers, overall service is great, the Visa Rewards program is awesome, and the Safari Savings Club is great for the kids. Can't imagine ever banking anywhere else.

I've been a member at this branch for years. It is not my primary financial institution but I keep some funds there to use for things like grocery and gasoline purchases. I seldom have occasion to call and even more seldom have occasion to visit the branch but when I do, whoever I speak with is friendly and helpful. The branch has a water dispenser inside which is nice and I appreciate how there are many tellers available to wait on customers. Today I visited members first which is gigantic and there was one teller. Then I went to Belco and there were four. I feel like Belco takes customer service much more seriously than other financial institutions and I appreciate this.

I have been with Belco Community Credit Union since it opened. When I join Belco it was only open to people who work for the telephone company and it has spread far and wide now. I just love Belco even though it has gotten pretty sizable. They still remember their members and especially their original members. I find the people delightful to work with and they always are able to solve any issues that I might have. I would highly recommend using Belco and its services to anyone. I find their interest rates are better than the average Bank. I also love their online banking at this point my life I don't go out as much as I used to and I find that the online banking works really really well. It is very user-friendly and just one more of the benefits of belonging to Belco.

Great Bank, We been members of BELCO for over 15 years. They are a great Bank to do business with. The tellers at Camphill branch are great to deal with. Always answer questions that you might have and happy to help a person out. We did have some problems with an errant fee added to our account but the main office was able to rectify the situation promptly. Highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for an easy to deal with bank.

The branch itself is fine. Belco is where the issues I have starts. First off, they have HORRIBLE hours. These branch hours are the same for any sort of online or over the phone support as well. As soon as the branches close, you CAN NOT talk to anybody at all. I've been screwed out of 2 overdraft fees and $600 dollars because of their so called "Support" staff being away from their desks slightly after closing time. Their mobile banking app seems to have been written by a monkey, probably related to their apps server administrator since the servers can never stay up for more than 23 hours at a time. The app started automatically correcting my overdraft, which at first I thought was a good thing to avoid fees. What it's actually done is frozen my savings account because of Regulation D (Which Belco makes no effort to mention at all until your account is frozen) and only being able to withdraw from a savings account 6 times per month. Each of these tiny overdraft corrections, be they full dollar amounts or simple pocket change, counts towards your government allotted 6 withdrawals per month. Now currently my savings account is locked, my checking is overdrawn and I am literally unable to speak to anybody that can help until tomorrow, which because of their terrible hours, I'll have to take time off work and be shorted even more money just to speak to these clowns. I'm unable to get my account back into the green simply because there's nobody to talk to at all. I've had numerous issues with them not being reachable for questions or even emergencies and this is the last straw. I WILL NOT be using Belco again.

Denied cashing a check on ZERO grounds. Argued with me and tried to force me to come inside(like talking to them through the drive thru and talking to them inside the bank is going to change subject matter) for what should have been a very, very simple transaction. Had to call the account owner, who is in another country, and force them to talk to her until they cashed the check. They told the account owner they did not "recognize me" even though the check was legitimate so they rejected the check. I guess this becomes Belco's bank policy when dealing with someone of color. In the end though, after wasting everyone's time, they realized they had no grounds to not cash the check and ended up cashing it anyways. Will not be banking here again and definitely will spread the word.
