BJ's Wholesale Club offers designated shopping hours for Members age 60+ and First Responders. The club has helpful member services that assist with errors, such as incorrect pick up orders. Some employees are great and helpful, but others are not. The store sometimes runs out of frozen products, making it difficult to plan grocery trips. Additionally, BJ's allows people to hawk goods and services in the aisles, which can be disrespectful and bothersome to shoppers. Despite this, some customers have had good experiences and will continue to shop at the club. Customer service can be unfriendly at times, but the club is working to provide a better shopping experience.
