Everytime we walk in here we get ignored. We have bought quite a few things from this location. Watch out for price gouging and manipulative prices. They are running a 20% off sale but have raised the prices. For example, the tikis/mascots are usually $30 but they raised them to $40 and are offering 20% off. It is best to use these guys as a showroom and buy online.

I would advise shoppers not to patronize the Camp Hill location especially if you are a person of color. The moment you step into the store you are watched and followed the entire time as though you’re a criminal lying in wait to steal something. In my case, I noticed that I was being closely watched and started playing games with the associate, Andrew and quickly left the store. I, then, spent about 10 mins watching him from across the hall while he systematically followed people of color around the store while ignoring other shoppers who looked differently. I called the store as I was watching him and he answered. I told him what I had experienced and that he needed to be aware that he was also being watched. He seemed completely unbothered by the fact that he profiled black and brown people. His attitude was more like “so what?”. Just be aware.

This place is very COVID friendly. Has just about everything you could ever want sports related. I love this store. You can get things shipped to different location if they don't have it in the store you're looking at. Staff is friendly

Today I received my order and felt obligated to update my review. This company is amazing. I was able to find 3 hard to find banners and place an order for them online. As redskins merchandise is disappearing by the second, I called the store location to confirm my order and they were fantastic. Guaranteed what I ordered (redskins banners after their name change) would be sent my way. After, I scoured the internet to find a 4th specific banner but it was sold out everywhere.

I used to always get all my sports stuff here because they just about have everything a sports fan wanted for your team. Well that's stopped. I walked in the store looking around. I found something cool for my team and decided I would buy the item. I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to get checked out, no problem at all. Here where my problem with this store happens...After waiting for 10 minutes, I walked up to the counter and the employee just walked away. I thought, hmm, okay that's odd. Didn't say one word after looking right at me and never came back. So I left my item at the counter and walked away after being disrespected as a customer. I decided to come back into the store to purchase a new jersey. After being greeted by employees, I had mentioned what had happened last time and they both asked what said employee looked like and then knew it was said employee and just laughed about it like it was a joke. Not an apology but just laughs because i guess it was a joke to the store employees. So again, I just walked out. I would rather drive to Park City and buy my items or buy them right from the internet than spend any more money at this store.

I frequent the location in Frederick Md most times with no issues. However recently I stopped in at the Hagerstown location. My experience in Hagerstown was awful after waiting 10 mins for someone to come assist getting a jersey from the top self I just found the stick myself and managed to take every jersey down to reach the very last one bc it was the one I wanted before an employee came to assist.
