Glad I did not leave the drive through without checking my order, 2 items were missing and when I got home there was barbecue sauce in my cheese burger. Fiery Nuggets were also drenched in sauce and soggy.

Not only did my burger not come out "My way" when I asked for no mayo, yet the Otis spunkmeyer chocolate chip cookies were burnt and hard as a rock. I will not be visiting this location ever again.

Waited in line for 15 minutes, and when I got my food, the burger was wrong. I also didn't get the barbecue sauce they charged me 20 cents for. I've been here a few times, but the long wait times and messed up orders are a constant. Go to another Burger King.

I usually enjoy the service and the food usually isn't terrible. But recently there has been a pattern of items missing. I put in a mobile order and asked for three hershey pies - one of them I used crowns for. None of my pies were in my order, and I didn't notice til I got home to eat. No big deal, it happens. I contacted Burger King through the app and they offered me a store credit to use on a future order.Last time this happened, I accepted the store credit. But when I went to use it, I found out that I couldn't combine the store credit with any kind of promotion that was going on, I could only use it on full priced menu items. So it's not a good deal for me - I almost always use coupons or promotions. I asked to get my money back and my crowds reissued.They informed me that the missing items were not eligible for a refund, so they hoped I would accept the $10 store credit. I was absolutely floored. I have never heard of a store refusing to refund for a missing item. So buyer beware - make sure you check your bag before you drive away. If something is missing, you might not be able to get your money back.

This Burger King has a reputation of asking for your code from the app (it says on your phone it’s been applied) then deleting your order and telling you to refresh and do it all over again knowing full-well that you’ll lose the code and can’t use it. It’s happened to me multiple times! This is not a coincidence or an accident… it’s intentional. It’s the chain smoking manager who is doing it, too! Plus, their deals on the app are usually always more expensive than nearby BKs. Avoid this one at all costs
