I was very pleased with the professional level of customer service I received at this store. The selections were one-of-a-kind-beautiful, with quality stitching and fabrics. When asked, the attendants took care in providing honest feedback regarding fit, style and color choices to help me narrow down the best look for a special event. I received so many compliments! Went in for a bra fitting. Jody, one of the employees, was an absolutely amazing person. I had my daughter with me and Jody did everything to make the experience pleasant for both of us. I was able to be fitted properly. Jody and the other employees went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for.

Website said they are open until 8. Drove 40 minutes to shop. Walked through the door sales lady was super nice , store manager came up to me and said we close in 2 minutes. Rude. I’m certainly glad I’m not her co-worker

Stopped in looking for a dress for a special occasion. They pointed me to the sale rack and suggested I check Boscovs. Couldn't be bothered to show me anything. Last time I go to Chico's.

Great styles, some of the salespeople are goofy and pushy. Most of the salespeople are lovely. Not always clear about what items are final sale, no returns.
