Quite possibly the worst bank I've ever dealt with. First off, I drove to this branch to make an extra payment on my mortgage only for the tellers to say that they were unable to accept mortgage payments. I asked them why, to which they replied "we just can't". I then decided to call into Citizen's to inquire further about this issue and why this wouldn't have been something discussed when I signed the mortgage. After a half hour on hold, I was connected to a customer service rep who answered my call and then subsequently decided to hang up on me after stating my name and my reason for calling. Very unprofessional.

Worst bank ever went get money out of account because there closing my account for no apparent reason and they won't let me get the money out of the account very disappointing bank never dealing with citizens again

This branch is terrible. Went from depositing money at a drive through atm to being accused of dishonesty, when it was their ATM that malfunctioned and ate my money with no receipt. Absolutely unacceptable, the lady who handles the atm transactions has the worst customer service skills I’ve seen, and M&T is happy to have me as a customer. Will absolutely close my account once the atm issue is resolved, due to one reason, the way I was spoken to by the atm branch lady at this location. Good thing they were still on a test run before I deposited all of my Assets into this unprofessional establishment

If you are looking to refinance your home, stay away from this branch or working with Ross Hamilton. Extremely irresponsible, made initial contact in January after doing our online application. I have 8 packets delivered by FedEx with the wrong information they kept typing on documents and he would blamed the system as no human could verify documents before shipping. Would never contact us, we would have to chase after him, after not hearing for him for a month or longer. Last contact I made was in July and he told me that he would personally made sure it was taking care of and still have heard nothing. I reached to the district manager in Philly, he didn’t seem to care much, passed me to another loan officer named Jeff Showmaker from State College and he said he would send us information on our options. Sent him an email with our information, he never sent us anything. When I stay away, trust me, many other companies will provide you with the customer service you deserve. Very disappointed and oh, yeah, a hit on our credit for nothing.
