I encountered a very sweet young lady, Haley, who helped me find the items I needed today. I waited in line to be rung up and to my disbelief an older woman gave her a very hard time for not helping her before the rest of Haley’s line of costumers, as she was at the opposite register. So sad to see these cashiers get treated so poorly. Thanks Haley for your hard work!

Very disappointed and irritated with the service I received today at check out. This young woman, named Haley, was rude, unprofessional, had a horrible attitude, and was just plain lazy. She wasn’t helpful. She took customers ahead of me even when she saw I was next. I was waiting to pick up photos and was waiting in that area. The least she could’ve done, after acknowledging me and making eye contact, would have been to let me know politely I was in the wrong spot. But as I said, she was lazy and rude. I did speak to management. Her name is Kim, and she also wasn’t super friendly or took responsibility for this Haley. Awful service today. Neither of them seemed to want to be there and it showed in their actions and attitude.

In a previous time in cvs I was in a hurry getting medicine I bought to my grandson.When I got home we saw the package was worn,damaged and product possibly used and replaced on shelf.This after I asking where to find it and the pharmacist pointing it out.On shelf damage couldn’t be noticed .No fault of pharmacist.

I called to ask a question, and their phone system absolutely refuses to let you talk to a human being. Ridiculous.

Worst and most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt with. So rude. No knowledge or information given on my medication. The reviews don't lie.

Pharmacy closes at 6 on Saturday. I got there at 5:55 to pick up a prescription and they already had the cardboard on the window. I sat there for a couple minutes and at 5:58 I heard someone locking the drive thru window after I had already been sitting there. I work in retail. I get it you just want to go home but you are open until 6.

Was waiting for a electronic script. Was told 15 minutes they were working on it. 43 minutes ltr they informed me the doctor didn't have a quantity on the script. So reality is they never were working on it and my poor sick child is in car since 15 minutes seemed reasonable. Being in customer service I know lying doesn't pay off for a company! That's why CVS are closing. No one is that desperate. Go to Camp Hill Pharmacy at St Johns for wonderful customer service and knowledge and speed.

Avoid if at all possible. They overlooked multiple things and took hrs to fill orders so my daughter and I waited and waited.

Don't trust the Pharmacist Divia. She has an attitude, and when you call to see if the medicine you've been trying to get for the last 2 weeks is in stock or not- she will just simply not look and tell you it will be ready in an hour! Guess what, its STILL out of stock! Unless you're going to magically make more appear- try being honest with your clients. She also had an attitude and talked over me trying to explain the situation and ask questions and had a very condescending attitude.
