The helpful staff explains the equipment without judgment. They also host summer camps and open gyms, which are great ways to keep young ones active and off electronics. An amazing place! My son has been going here for almost a year. Such a positive and energetic atmosphere with lots of great people. This place really gives you a good workout and it's great for kids, teens and adults.

Great place and staff. My children like this place. But also lots of adults participate.

The coaches are fantastic! They really care about the kids and connect to them. I've never felt like a number here.
