Lauren was so nice and talented! I love my new haircut! The salon was well designed and clean inside with many hand sanitizer stations available. There were statements in more than one place offering that the stylist to wear a mask if preferred. I really appreciated that consideration. Will return even though it was a bit away from home.

I went to Elements Hairology to find a great stylist that could make my curly hair look great! I have naturally curly hair, thanks to my Irish descent. I have had stylists in the past cut too short or not listen exactly to what I wanted. I walked into Elements and was warmly welcomed my Laura! Before she started cutting my hair she asked me tons of questions about my hair (how long it had been since I cut it, the length I was looking for, the products I use, etc.) and I showed her inspiration pictures. She listened very well to what I wanted! She first trimmed it dry so that my hair would fit in the sink when we washed it (yes, it was that long), and then she started cutting afterwards. She was very cautious of the length. She cut it wet, but measured about where it would be when dry, and made sure not to cut too much. While she was cutting, she would ask about the layers to make sure I liked their length as well. We let me hair air dry instead of diffusing it, which is great because I let it air dry anyways. It’s the next day and I still love my hair! It has tons of volume and is exactly what I wanted. Thank you so so much Laura!!Service: Haircut

Brooke is the best! She nails my color and cut every time and is super easy to talk to, which isn't always easy to say as a blonde. Highly recommend!

I was recommended by a friend to go to this salon and I must say Brooke did an amazing job for my husband and myself. I have natural curly hair and I just could not find anyone who knew how to cut curly hair properly. I highly recommend going to Elements Hairology if you want really professional service. Staff is amazing. Extremely nice and want to make sure when you leave you are satisfied. Shout out to Brooke!!!

My hair was dyed old lady gray. Black roots left above ears. I asked for the manager around 1pm to call me and said I wanted a partial refund to the receptionist. I was told she was busy. My call was not returned. I will be disputing the entire amount of the charge with my bank. I'm amazed at how bad services are in this area.Weeks later, and I was never called by management. The name of the woman that ruined my hair is Laura. If management had called you would not be reading this review. Please note that if your hair is harmed this place will take 0 accountability.
