“Im not generally one to panic so I tend to take everything in stride. This weekend something unusual happened and I decided I needed to ask questions not necessarily knowing what to do next. After listening to my symptoms I was very surprised that they were able to get me in on the same day I called.
I am a long time patient back when it was simply called Fischer Road Family Practice. I will admit that as soon as they added the bigger corporation to the name, quality care did go down hill but not from the doctors. Sometimes big corporations forget to ask the doctors and staff what made them so successful before they take over. I’m am glad to see they are listening to their patients reviews and making changes.”
“I was very fortunate to have Debbie answer my call today. My son is very sick and a non-patient, but she listened and assisted me by getting me transferred to a 10 star gal Destiny at the Holy Spirit Covid Line who clearly has incredible customer service skills. My son was scheduled for a 9:30 am appointment at the Covid tent and saw a Doctor. As I suspected Strep Throat! Covid test done because of everyone s paranoid about it. You can’t just be sick these days. These ladies clearly care about people and health !!! 10 Stars to them !! Keep in mind I made lots of calls yesterday and no one would see my son without a Covid test first. Grateful to Debbie and Destiny”

“I had an appointment here after not having insurance for over a year. I was so impressed with how quickly I was seen, how efficient the receptionist and nurse were. My doctor was understanding and caring, and I really appreciate that. There was a real mix up with some prescription refills between the clinic and the pharmacy, but there definitely is not a lack of communication because any time you call, they are right there for you. The doctor was willing to meet all of my needs and referred me to the specialists for someone over 55 and a diabetic. I love this clinic.”

“So this is to back up the sonogram tech. She is doing her job and is only allotted a certain amount of time per patient. She’s fantastic. She gets all the measurements fast n makes the experience fun. If that other new mom wants better pics then she should go somewhere n pay extra for the 3D. I’ve gone here for both of my kids. Everyone here is nice, respectful and very professional. If anyone has a bad review I want to say that’s bc those ppl are Karen’s. Kelly the sonogram tech is AMAZING!!! Hands down the best one”
