Bought shoes on Finish Line ended up returning them here. Such a weird experience, had to drive to return sneakers from online. Sneakers that were not even in my order. The store seems like it’s sticking the 2000s vibe when you walk in.

All the reviews about bad customer service are true. I am honestly baffled and disgusted by my visit here. I felt as if other costumers’ time was prioritized over mine, not to mention witnessing an employee sitting around on his phone in the middle of the store. How the employees made me feel has encourage me to never give an ounce of time to the store again. Other than this, pretty decent selection but some of the prices seem a little outrageous.

Terrible experience I would not recommend coming here. They will not help you look up your transaction. They didn’t tell us that we needed a receipt when we bought the shoes five days ago so when we wanted to return them, they wouldn’t let us exchange or get a refund because we didn’t have a receipt. Whack go somewhere else.

Thus store deserves zero stars. Upon arrival we had to ask for help, no one offered assistance, we were getting 3 pair of shoes. Asked for the correct size to try on, after about 15 minutes hubby was able to try one one pair, the other two were "forgotten". Waited another 30 minutes and asked again if we could try on the other 2 shoes. WAITED ANOTHER 15 minutes to find out they could find them. Ntm I had to wait in line to find out, no one came and told us. After that, we just left. Absolute worst experience in a shoe store to date. WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Please hire competent employees

Worst store i ever visit my whole life, the employees not even say “hi” when i walked in, I looked around the store but none of the employees bothered to offer assistance and I was the only customer. I immediately left, I was trying to buy Nikes clothes and Shoes for my Husband for Valentine’s but which such experience I ended up taking my $500 budget to the outlet in Hersheys. DONT SHOP HERE, THEM EMPLOYEES NEED TO UNDERSTAND TO NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY HIS COVER!. At least have some manners and say Hi when customers walk in regardless of how they look.

I walked in to look at a pair of shoes I saw in the window and asked the woman standing around if she can help find my size, so she came over and said she has the size I was looking for and she’ll be right back…5 mins went by and all she did was go stand and talk to her co worker and didn’t even bother to help us. Customer service needs an overhaul. I’ll stick to Amazon!

Was in the store last Friday to try to purchase a pair of sneakers. I knew what I wanted but was discriminated against. I told the worker what style and size I wanted to purchase, I then waited and was bought one shoe out the box to me. I then asked what am to do with one shoe? I have two feet. I want to purchase these. I then just walked out the store. I was treated like I was going to steal the sneakers. Mind you other folks other than African American had both shoes out for them to try on and wear and purchase. I will never shop at this one again. I'll go to Park City Mall. Never got treated like that there.
