Ever since I have gotten my scripts from here - everyone has been so kind and helpful. Even when I call on the phone with questions - they are courteous and have the answers I need. I haven't had a bad experience yet!

I was out of town and my kiddo need to go to urgent care. We happened to use this pharmacy for her script and so lucky we did. They had her prescription ready less than 10 minutes later and were super friendly. Highly recommend based on our experience.

They don't have customer service skills here. A misunderstanding turned into a much bigger deal when they could have just been polite and listened to me. After all that got cleared up, I get a call that my prescription is ready. I got the same condescending attitude over the phone. It felt like she was speaking down to me and didn't want to help me. I don't see any reason to come back to this pharmacy. It just shows how important it is to just be kind. I'm sure a lot of customers who are coming to get prescriptions are dealing with stressful situations, and the last thing they want is to deal with is a pharmacist being rude.

There’s some good staff and some not so good staff. I get they’re busy but there’s one shift that gives attitude out the wazoo and another shift that are insanely over and beyond helpful. Most are great though!

So Glad to see other people have complained about this pharmacy because there beyond right! BURT! BUDD !I don't even know what to call him or if that's even his real name but the guy that mainly works there is out of his mind..so disappointed and disrespectful ? is the nicest way I could put it. I can't seem to understand how people can continue to treat people the way they do and get away with still having there jobs. I seriously can't wait to call corporate. Also may I add this Men I spoke with today. Proceeded to say to me over and over again. Depending on which medications you're asking to get filled. It's all going to depend on the medications. I cannot tell until you tell me the medications. And then he proceeds to get unweighed. And I could hear in his voice and then says to me. Can I just get your first and last name? And this is the first time this gentleman is asking me for my first and last name after the entire time saying medications over and over again like how do you expect someone to know what you're talking about? When now you're yelling at me and getting frustrated. When yet you were the one the. It's entire time saying medications and asking me to tell you what they were. It's just mind-blowing to me. The disrespect. And how people get into arguments? And this guy literally thinks he's right about everything. He says without no repercussion. Get it together because I'll tell you what. I don't care if I gotta call corporate every single day. This guy needs to lose his job. Obviously I am not the only one that feels this way. Especially in regards to their customer service skills.

I've had multiple problems with this pharmacy in the past year. They don't fill my prescriptions when they are called in from a doctor in a timely manner. I've had to call several times 3 to 4 days later wondering why I haven't had my prescription filled only to be told they would get it ready right away, and I could pick it up in an hour. I've also called after waiting several days to be told my prescription was out of stock and they don't know when it will be in. No notification from the pharmacy at all, and I had to call around to other Giant pharmacies on my own to see who had them in stock. It's poor customer service and could put a patient in a dangerous situation if they ran out of their medication completely before it was filled.

I had the worst experience in my life with pharmacist Abram. I went for my flu shot today 10/21/22, after one hour waiting although no one was waiting for any shots, he came in without even apologizing for the very long wait, he gave me the vaccine and for the first time I started bleeding like crazy, he just ran, I have pictures of the blood. He is very unprofessional

The pharmacist are helpful and kind - however some of the other staff are rude. Pam can tend to be very condescending.

Tonight is the second time this summer I got home and was missing items I was charged for!! It happened a couple of other times over the years as well. Once again I have to take time tomorrow to go get this resolved. Not what I wanted to do on my wedding anniversary. ??I guess I will be shopping literally ANYWHERE but here from now on, as this is the only grocery store where I have had this problem. Unacceptable!
