Website constantly changes and you cannot find basic information. When you call in, the customer support isn't helpful. You end up making a ton of calls and hope what you figure out on your own is correct.

Horrible health insurance company. I've actually never had insurance this bad in my life. Almost nothing is covered and I need to pay hundreds out of pocket for every little bit of routine labwork or small procedure I get.
