Came to Hot Topic for the first time when I was roaming the mall with a friend. Loved picking out pin-back buttons for my jean vest! The store employees were extremely nice and helpful— A+ on customer service here. Wide selection of anime merch, pop culture curios, and goth/band wear- the emo in me loves all of it.
The one thing I don’t really care for about Hot Topic is recent stocking of occult/witchy items. Really, this is more of an issue I have with Hot Topic corporate than any individual store, but I’d rather see store space used for additional band/metal shirts, accessories, or pop culture items— Hot Topic is an edgy emo store, not the local mystical/occult curio shop, and Hot Topic’s recent occult theme branding has made me less inclined to shop there. Bring back the metal/grunge core gear, get rid of the zodiac/witchy items. But that’s just my two cents.

The people are warm and welcoming, the clothes and jewelry are my style, and there are often great clearance deals hiding in the back. I love my local Hot Topic, you guys rock!

Lottie and all the girls that work there are all amazing. They are always willing to help find anything I need/looking for. Lottie is always so happy and caring, she always has a smile on her face and willing to help and take the time to welcome everyone into the store!!!!

Allie and her coworker today were very patient and helpful to my entire family with our many questions, clothing requests, and dressing room needs. We truly appreciated the opportunity to look around and decide at our own pace without any pressure. They made our day. Thank you again for everything! Hopefully they give you all a raise for your great work and dedication to customers...you deserve it!!!
