I am not from around the area and needed a quick fix for my tire. I called and got seen in under 30 mins. They were able to fix the nail in my tire with no problem. I highly recommend coming here. Jeff was understanding and kind. Helped explain Everything to me and was able to send me on my way. Great place with great and efficient people!

Came in with a flat less than 30 minutes before closing. They not only tested it for a leak but checked they had the tires I needed in stock and hooked me up with great price and warranty before closing. Tyler and the rest of the staff were great. Definitely will be taking my car there for services in the future!

I love watching the sexy bald men working on my car while getting the best service for a great price! I always make the appointment with the red bearded mechanic because he is very good at getting in all the tight areas and make sure I am satisfied with his handy work.

I had a great experience taking in my car to patch a hole in my tire from a large nail. I had my appointment set at 11 dropped my car off early at 10:40 so they could start working on it right away. They fixed the hole and checked the pressure in all my tires to make sure it was good and my car was ready to be picked up at 11. Tyler at the counter was super helpful and kind. I paid 26 bucks and was happy for the fast quality service I received. Barely took any time out of my day. Will definitely go back any time I need a quick patch.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted immediately upon arrival by Tyler. He was very friendly and efficient. Tyler applied a coupon to lessen the cost of my oil change. He told me it’d be about 45 minutes. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Other places I’ve gone to have been closer to or over and hour for the same services. When I checked out Tyler applied an even cheaper coupon than the one given to me upon arrival. Speedy work and also great customer service!

This place is awesome. I came in with a flat tire. They gave it a look, shared some options, and patched it up for free! They were up front, kind, prompt, and super professional. I left there in shock with how great the experience was. I haven't seen customer service like this in years!

Jeff helped me fix my tire quickly and efficiently! I had a splash shield pierced into my tire and I didn’t have a tire plug to fix my tire but my dad found this place and they got me in and out. I was stressed the hell out but now I feel great knowing that I had the best service from this tire shop out of any of the others I’ve visited over the years. This is a 10/10 shop. If you have any issues PLEASE come here. Def worth the money! :)

I won't come back anymore. My car sensor was all right before driving to them for a car registration inspection. I was told I have to replace a tire to pass the inspection. They installed a new tire on my car. The air light on dashboard popped up when I drove home, I called the store and was told it was caused by the sensor. They are closing soon, so drive back anytime later.I had a week of school in Virginia, so I had to drive back a week later. They told me all my sensors are bad , I need to pay $300 to fix it.1) I have changed my tires many times in different stores in many cities, there was no time that my sensors got bad right after tire installation.2) why should I I bear the repair cost?I will never come back!

I traveled to Camp Hill today for work and my tire was leaking air. Had to make a 2 hour trip home and stopped at the jack williams in Camp hill. Jeff and Josh were amazing. So very kind to help me and to add air to my tire and patch the hole. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it and sent me on my way with a smile! Their service was exceptional and I give them 5 stars plus!

Last week I picked up a screw in my rear tire. These guys took care of it day of and rotated my tires for free as it’s part of their value added services. Today I went back in with a new nail in a new tire! (My luck!) Got me in immediately and took care of me yet again. Jeff was super helpful and informative even while taking care of multiple other customers that showed up. I’ve never had a bad experience here at this location. Highly recommend!

Th folks at Jack Williams on Trindle Road provided a great service for my vehicle. I left my car overnight, and they reached out to me in the morning (I almost always have to find time to call a garage when leaving it overnight). They replaced two tires and brakes the very next day. And notified me when the car was ready. I work long hours and couldn't get back before close. Even still, they generously offered to let me pick up after hours. This saved me additional travel costs and put a very kind end to a busy and stressful work week. THANK YOU to all the staff!! Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Jack Williams, now Mavis Discount Tire for so many years! Today, I was in a bind, and had to get an oil change, last minute over my lunch break! Jeff took great care of me and my oil change was completed in under 45 minutes! I’m so grateful for my experience, today!

Tyler got me scheduled around 4 in the afternoon immediately after I was stood up for a scheduled appointment at another auto center around the corner. I had an oil change and tire rotation completed, and he recalibrated my tire air sensors without me asking. He was awesome. Definitely a happy customer.

Took my car in to get inspected here and had the great experience of josh to take care of my vehicle. He was great kept me updated what it needed, cost, and time frame he needed to complete. I expected to take a week due to parts but he had it back within two days. Best mechanic ever! Definitely recommend.
