“I happened across this store trying to hit the light by Karns taking the left side exit, I didn’t know this store was there. A day later I called them asking some questions about mobility scooters because I was looking to buy a new one. The woman I spoke to answered every question in detail, was very kind and helpful, and made some suggestions. I researched some of the suggestions online and then made a trip to the store to check it out.
Once I arrived at the store I saw it was very clean, brightly lit, not medically scary in any way, and very well stocked.
The staff was amazing to work with. They answered all questions, they let me take the scooter for a ride, they even price-matched an online store because I wanted to give them the business instead of going online.
They helped us load it into the car, even though my old scooter was still inside the van…they helped us lift it and get everything to fit.
I would highly recommend the store. They were so helpful, so courteous, so kind …I can’t say enough good things about the experience I had with them.”

“Highly recommend. I traveled to Mechanicsburg with my elderly father who has mobility issues and requires oxygen at night. I called several places, looking to rent an oxygen concentrator, but no one was willing to rent short term. I was so happy to finally find Haytham. He WAS willing to arrange a short term rental. He coordinated delivery with me and had the concentrator ready and waiting at the hotel when we arrived. Since the hotel didn’t have an ADA room available for my dad, we also needed a shower chair. Haytham answered my last minute call from the airport and helped me with that as well. He also offered to help out if we needed a wheel chair or a scooter.
Traveling with disabled individuals poses a lot of challenges. Haytham helped us have a much easier time than we would have otherwise.”
