Jodi at Koser Jewelers was an answer to a prayer and amazing to work with! My engagement ring was missing one of the small princessa cut diamond, and I have been unable to wear it for over a decade. After celebrating my 20th anniversary, all I wanted was to wear my ring again. I shared with Jodi my vision and my budget, and she made it happen. It’s even better than I could’ve imagined!!! I will be going to see Jodi and Koser’s in the future for any jewelry. I couldn’t be happier to wear my ring and am so thankful Jodi was there to help me through the process and make my dream come true 😊

One of the best jewelers I've walked in to. They are so welcoming and such a great helping when shopping for wedding bands. Jodi was so nice and patient with me as I had no clue what wedding band I wanted and was so indecisive. I never felt rushed and got to take my time when trying to decide. I had an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I left completely satisfied. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. Everyone was so helpful! I was able to get my jewelry cleaned, rings sized down, and new batteries in my husband’s watch quickly. The staff is always very friendly and their jewelry is topnotch.

Jodi is wonderful!! She helped me pick out a band to go with my diamond engagement ring that compliments it perfectly!! And I updated my wishlist while I was there. They cleaned my engagement ring, checked for loose stones, and soldered my rings together. I love coming here!

Fabulous customer service. Came here for husbands wedding band and a birthday gift. I’ve heard this place can be more expensive, but I did the math and markup on the gold chain was very fair. I hate going to the mall personally so I’m happy to go here for legitimate quality pieces
