Tellers move as slow as possible, waits are always insanely long. Today there were 7 people working and only one of them was a teller. So six people were just walking around, some working, while the line backed up to the door and the rest of the staff just watched. I've never seen such blatant lack of care or concern for the customer.

they’re always super pleasant, and patient considering their low staff. i love how positive and thorough they can be, Gina is personally my favorite.. she’s sure to leave you with a smile every time :)

I been at this specific location for PNC only two times within 2 weeks and I can proudly say that branch manager for this location has a smart mouth its what she saids it’s how she saids things with a sprinkle of what she saids depending on the circumstances … it shouldn’t matter just because your a branch manager you feel as though you can communicate aggressively to customers and your co-worker im glad I’m closing my bank account down with this bank!!!! By the way I’m just a customer I suggest you guys stay away from this location screw it this bank entirely.

The last 5 times I have gone the line has been so long I had to leave due to time constraints. I appreciate that everyone is understaffed, but when it comes to a bank you need to have timely(at least) customer service....or perhaps a seperate line for business banking. They should never have shut down their Market St Branch.

I visited the bank today to make a domestic wire transfer. My appointment time was honored and even a few minutes early. Samuel assisted me with my transaction and he was very professional, friendly, quick and efficient. Thank you Samuel!

A person stopped payment on a check written to me. PNC never notified me. Then a week later froze and closed my account . No notice of any kind

Wish I could give less than 1 star. No greeting when I pulled up to the drive thru. Terrible customer service. The “manager” (Caucasian, blonde woman) was rude, nasty and condescending. Worst service ever.

I walked in today and there were tellers at every window and no wait at all. I don't know what people are complaining about, I've only ever been there for more than 5 minutes when I had multiple transactions. The line at the drive through is a different story. So, as I am able-bodied, I leave the drive through windows for those who are not, now there's less people in that line, and we all win.
