Carmen was a PRO! I often have issues with starting to pass out with bloodwork, and she was so understanding and distracted me well. I've had to deal with a lot of blood draws this past year, and how good the phlebotomist is makes all the difference. 100/10 for Carmen; give her a raise! :)

Is there no front desk to speak with? Im not exactly smart with technology so just trying to confirm what i tried scheduling online (not actually giving me a date just saying scheduled) cant reach a single person. So just gonna walk in thursday morning and hope for the best i guess. Will update my review based upon that, not a good initial experience.

This was my first visit with Quest. Valerie was so professional and courteous throughout my visit. She was amazing.

This is the last time I let you people mutilate my veins. Your staff needs TRAINING, and more than 10 minutes per appointment. You left me with a 4" bruise down my arm because you either don't care or don't know what you're doing. This is not the first or second time with you. It's at least the last 3 or 4 visits here. I never had problems giving blood sample till certain staff started seeing me here. I will be trying a different location next time and if I get treated the same way there as well, I will be asking my union to demand that PEBTF find someone better to partner with. The state of this place is unacceptable and that's on management.

Only one staff on duty. She wasn't running late yet, I was seen within ten minutes of my appointment, but I bet she was an hour later ( with 7 scheduled in hour). Hand sanitizer in waiting area needed.
