I went in the first time to buy my first pair of work boots. The younger guy (the son of the owner) was incredibly nice and helped me find a pair of shoes. I have small feet so work boots are not easy to find. Well the boots were highly uncomfortable (the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever worn) and was rubbing against my feels and toes. I went back to ask about it and it was the owner. The man was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He made me feel like an idiot for coming in and asking a question. He humiliated me. Horrible customer service. So I just left. I wore them again, and my feet were in excruciating pain. I was in tears. Worst pain and worst shoes ever. No cushioning and doesn’t fit toe correctly.

Second time I've gone to this location for boots. 2 for 2. They're extremely friendly and helpful people. I hope they make it worth their employees' while. They deserve it.

I walked into the store needing a new pair of safety shoes. I had an idea of what I wanted, something similar to my Iron Ranger, but with a safety toe. The gentleman in the shop showed me what they had in safety shoes at which point I shared what I wanted, but said it would mostly depend on what he had in my size. He measured my foot, and shared that he had most shoes in my size (7.5 and wide) as I have typically had difficulty finding shoes in my size. The gentleman brought out two pair one of the size I measured and the next size up for me to try on. The first pair felt good, but when I tried the next size that was it! I was done, and the only thing I then wanted was a pair of insoles for my rangers. Which he then helped me find.
All in all it was a fantastic experience and I was thankful for the knowledge and professionalism of the salesman.

The best customer service!! Extensive knowledge of their products as well. My husband and I were in yesterday (six days before Black Friday, mind you) to get him work boots and I asked if they were gonna have any Black Friday deals next week. The man working (I’m kicking myself for not getting his name!!) showed me what deals they’d have and said he’d give us that same deal today so we wouldn’t have to make another trip back there. He just offered that, without me even asking! He was the nicest, most charismatic guy. He’s SO good at his job, Redwings is incredibly lucky to have him.

Best around. The team there goes above and beyond to get you into the right boot for you. Plus, if you ever have ANYTHING go wrong, those guys are ready and willing to get you straightened out immediately. Their warranty on their stuff is second to none. Me and all my guys get our boots from these guys. Wont go anywhere else. If youre a hardworking guy or gal you cant go wrong here.

Quick, easy, accommodating. The store owner(s) are very friendly and helpful. I called looking for met guard boots, they had them pulled and waiting by the counter for when I arrived. They got me good pricing and excellent service. cant ask for much more than that.

I recently went into the camp hill store and had a very pleasant experience with one of the owners Ben. He was quite pleasant and allowed me to try on numerous pairs till I found the right fit. Great to know that there are still customer friendly shoe stores!
