Rite Aid stores in NJ not able to get my prescribed medication. I have diabetes and they seem to unconcerned.

The sign outside the door said their pharmacy hrs. on Saturday were 9am-6pm, but they closed at 5pm! I was there at 5:07pm, joined by about 6 other people all feeling frustrated and annoyed/ even concerned for those counting on getting their meds. This is just wrong!

My family was forced to switch from the Paulsboro rite aid to the Gibbstown rite aid in N.J. because the Paulsboro rite aid was closed. I have had many issues with the pharmacist at the Gibbstown store. They have messed up quite a bit since we have been going there. The one pharmacist there has an unprofessional cocky attitude when ever you go to him with your problem. He needs to take a course in customer service. I'm seriously getting ready to take my business elsewhere.

Rite is playing with my health with not ordering my medicine, not receiving the amount my prescription was prescribed by my doctor. You order your medicine in a timely matter over the phone and it takes 6 days for the prescription to get filled you call to verify if your prescription is ready only to be told it will be ready in a hour. Now twice RiteAid put my health in jeopardy for allowing me to be without my insulin and my medication to help with my mental health. Rite Aid is Killing Me slowly

The Pharmacist Amy Phelps and Meredith Woods at the Smyrna Delaware Pharmacy drive are just horrible. Their license should be revoked. Twice I was in line to pick up a prescription and they shut the gate in my face. The first time I let it go the 2nd time I knocked on the window telling them it was very important for me to pick up the prescription and that I had already paid for it online. They practically laughed and told me to come back in the morning. The next day when I went in the Pharmacist from the night before continued to argue with me that she had an hour drive home and would have had to walk to the front of the store to check me out. I was in disbelieve that someone who is in the medical field showed no empathy to the fact that the medicine could have been a life or death situation....thankfully it was not. I have never in my 61 years been treated so disrespectful and rude. It is no wonder that Rite Aid is going out of business. If I could find a way to file a formal complaint against this Pharmacist I would.

Rite Aid 1540 canton road, Akron ohio. What's going on here? Pharmacy will never answer the phone and also must take it off the hook because you only get a busy signal. This is unacceptable, trying to check if a prescription was received is impossible, so you have to make a trip there while being sick for them to tell you the prescription they received 3 days ago still is not ready. I don't deserve to be treated this way, I will be changing pharmacies after contacting my insurance company. Shame on you Rite Aid.

I would rate the Rite Aid Corporation below 0 if that were possible. I have had issue after issue dealing with their "temp" pharmacists. They are completely incompetent. I don't seem to be able to contact anyone at their corporate hq. Does Rite Aid still exist? I see their stock is .17 this afternoon. I honestly can't get anyone to get back to me. And how is it that Rite Aid pharmacy employees don't have to answer their phones? It's ridiculous! I have called from the store when there is no one in line and no one answers the phones. I've been trying to reach the Regional Manager for my local Pennsylvania Rite Aid and she simply stopped responding! How can this level of incompetence be tolerated? I guess the .17 / share stock price is the answer. You get what you pay for, right!? I can not wait to hear the entire Rite Aid Corporation is completely out of business!

You deserve as a corporation to go out of business. I’ve been with Rite Aid for over 40 years and without asking me you just sold my entire prescription Identity to CVS. Shame on you.

I tried to transfer prescriptions (good amount) from their competition. The pharmacist told to have my doctors fax prescriptions to them. Why can'nt you send request to my current pharmacy. We don't do that because pharmacies don't answer their phones for weeks (?). You just lost me!

If I could give 0 star I would. This is the absolute by far worst pharmacy ever . They merged 2 Rite Aids into 1 and never brought over any help. You are losing a lot of business in just a few minutes . I will never ever support another Rite Aid ever. Fischer Blvd in Toms River , NJ . This is an ongoing issue and has never been resolved you should be ashamed of yourselves , but again it’s a corporation . I feel bad for these employees.

Was told by the pharmacy that they had over 700 scripts and was unable to fill my prescription and was unhelpful in finding another rite aid to fill it today called the Smyrna rite aid and they were also unhelpful. Do not use rite aid in Middletown De or Smyrna De…. Ethel was extremely unhelpful and difficult to deal with at the Middletown De store.,,,

Let me start with this is against Rite Aid in general, not the employees at the store. I have found the employees to be efficient and kind. That being said, I recently purchased something to which I had an allergic reaction. I could not find my receipt but did have proof of purchase on my credit card. I called ahead of time to check the return policy and was told, sure, come on in and we’ll take care of you. Except they didn’t. They received something from a partnering agent that denied the request because I didn’t have the original receipt. I called the ‘partnering agent’ on the phone and spoke to the rudest, most condescending woman who told me with no receipt, too bad so sad. Even though I had proof of purchase from my transaction, too bad. Then I called Rite Aid corporate. Same story, no receipt with bar code, too bad. Bottom line, worst customer service ever. Do not shop at Rite Aid. I know I never will again. I hope they go bankrupt.

I have been a valued customer ordering and supporting rite aid since my rite aid was taken over by walgreens. I guess Christine B. Was the one that randomly close my acct without any notice. Said I was committing fruad all I ask for was an adjustment for Duracell batteries when the online site said buy one get one 50% off what a false advertising and poor online customer service team.
